What kind of parties do you offer?

We offer all but not limited to Gaming, Spa, Pop Star, Fashionista, Glam Dollz, Custom, and Princess/Character Parties.

Can I take a tour of your venue?

Yes you can. Simply call and schedule an appointment with us to ensure you have our undivided attention.

What's included in your party packages?

Our party packages start off with 8 -10 guests, depending on the package. Each party will receive pizza, cupcakes, drinks and a special gift for the Guest of Honor.

Will you contact me before my party?

Yes we will, a few days prior to your party. We will discuss the Guest of Honor, décor and any questions or concerns you may have.

Will we have time to open presents?

Yes. There is a designated area for food and gift opening.  In fact, one of our Ultimate Party Hosts will help parents keep track of all of the presents by making a list which includes who the gifts are from.

Do you offer food and beverages?

Yes. Complementary pizza, cupcakes & beverages for party participants.

Do you offer cake?

No we do not. All of our packages include complementary cupcakes. You are also allowed to bring your own cake.

What kind of décor is available?

Basic table covers, plates, cups & napkins will be provided. For custom parties we will discuss décor on our phone consultation.

How much is the deposit?

To securely book your date and time a deposit of $50 is needed. You can reserve your party here.

What if I have to cancel?

If you have to cancel for any reason you will be given the option to reschedule or forfeit your deposit.

Is my deposit or monies refundable?

No. You can use it as credit towards a spa service or another party package only.

What if more guests show up than expected?

We will do our best to accommodate all guests in attendance. However, there may be additional fees for extra guests.

What if less guests show up than expected?

Unfortunately you still have to pay for what you reserved.

What if I have to change my party package?

You may do so up to 24 hours prior to your party. Any chances after the 24 hours will result in a $50 inconvenience fee.

How far in advance can I book a party?

We suggest booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to guarantee the time & date of your choice.

Are the spa treatments performed by licensed professionals?

No. All spa treatments are for entertainment purposes only. There will be no clipping, filing, or shaping of the nails. Sanitizer spray will be used before every treatment.
